01What the service does

GiyOX turns photos of your clothes into a digital wardrobe and lets you try them on a 3D avatar.

What you see is a simulation. It does not guarantee exactly how a garment will fit or how the fabric will drape, so please keep that in mind when making sizing decisions.

02Your account

You must provide a valid email address when signing up. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.

You may not use the service if you are under 13.

One account per person is enough; we are not responsible for issues caused by sharing your account with others.

03Content you upload

The photos you upload remain yours. You grant us permission to use them only as far as needed to provide the service (process, store and show them back to you).

You may not upload copyrighted images belonging to others, or obscene or unlawful content.

If we find content that breaks these rules, we reserve the right to remove that content or the account.

04Credits

Some operations consume credits; adding garments and trying them in the 3D room are free.

If an operation fails due to an error, the credits spent are refunded automatically.

Credits can only be used inside GiyOX. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

05Availability

The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical problems.

Some AI-powered features may be switched off temporarily depending on capacity. When that happens, your credits are not spent.

06Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

If we update these terms, the date at the top changes; for significant changes we will notify you inside the app.
