Privacy Policy

01What we collect

Account details: your email address and password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only as an irreversible hash.

Body measurements: height, weight, shoulder, waist, hip and the body type you choose. These are used only to shape your avatar.

Garment photos: pictures of the clothes you add to your wardrobe, and the fabric textures generated from them.

Usage records: your credit transactions and processing history (which garment was processed and when).

02What we do not collect

We do not perform face recognition and we do not create or store biometric identifiers.

We do not collect your location.

We do not access your contacts, messages or your whole photo library — only the photo you pick.

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

03Where your data is stored

Our servers are hosted in Germany. The database and files live inside that server and are not directly reachable from the outside.

All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS.

Backups are taken daily and deleted after 14 days.

04Who we share it with

As a rule, nobody. Apart from the infrastructure provider that hosts the service, we do not transfer your data.

If we are legally required to disclose something (for example a court order), we share only what is requested.

05Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely.

You can delete your account from inside the app or by following the steps on the 'Delete Account' page. Deleting your account also deletes your photos and measurements.

06Children's privacy

GiyOX is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

07Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top changes. For significant changes we will also notify you inside the app.
