Delete Account

You can delete your account at any time. There are two ways: from inside the app (fastest) or by email. Below you can also see exactly what happens to your data.
01Delete from inside the app
1) Open the GiyOX app and sign in to your account.
2) Open Settings from the menu at the top left.
3) Tap 'Delete account' and confirm.
Once confirmed, your account and its contents are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
02Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to saykomeb@gmail.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject 'Account deletion request'.
After we verify your identity we complete the request within 30 days at the latest — usually within a few days.
03Data that is deleted
Your account details (email, password hash).
Your body measurements and body type preference.
Every garment in your wardrobe, the photos you uploaded and the fabric textures generated from them.
Your try-on history, favourites and saved outfits.
Your credit balance and credit transaction history.
04Data that may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoice records if you made a payment) are retained for the period required by law.
Backups taken before deletion rotate out and disappear within 14 days at most.
05Credits you purchased
If you delete your account, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable. If you have a balance, we recommend using it before deleting.
